If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access this Site or any products or services provided through the Site. Your use of this site or any products received will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, all the terms of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property. All material, services and produces are the sole property of Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. Any material, services or produces used must be done so with the prior authorization of Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc.

You agree not to access the Site by any means other than through the HTML or other interface that is provided by Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. for use in accessing the Site.

Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, reproduction or modification of the contents of this Site or services/products rendered by any person may be a violation of federal or common law, and/or copyright laws and could subject such person to legal action.

Modifications to Site. Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. reserves the right to modify, delete, suspend, any information and products displayed on the Site without prior notice. Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. is not liable for any changes, modifications, and/or errors made.  All material and services are subject to modifications and change. All prices and rates by Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. are subject to change without notice, and the changes may or may not be displayed immediately on the Site. Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. makes every effort to keep material and pricing up to date on the Site.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Guarantees. Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the timeliness, quality, accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability of information or material contained on the Site. The Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material in respect of the Site or the use thereof.

Any communications sent to you via this Site or otherwise from Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. Each clients situation may be unique, and Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. disclaims any warranties or guarantees advertised, and is not liable or responsible for the timeliness, quality, accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability of services or products rendered or advertised on the Site.

All information or products rendered are provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees.  All information, services, or products downloaded or received from the Site or associates Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. is done so at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any claims (without limitations any loss of data, damage to your computer hardware).

Limitation of Liability. Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. is not liable to you or any third party for any claims, including without limitations direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (including without limitations any lost of profit, revenues, opportunities, and/or potential/future gain).  Any communication (without limitation to electronic, fax, mail or phone conversations) Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. is not liable for any damages suffered as result of omissions or inaccuracies.  All information transmitted is confidential and treated as such. Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. is no liable for such information transmitted being accessed or accessible by third parties.

How much do you want to pay for a tutor? program. All inquries and price/rate are subject to approval by Einstein Tutoring Service, Inc. The price/rate that is submitted via this Site is not a guarantee nor a contract.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts preformed on the Site.
