To put it simply, we are very selective about our tutors.  All tutors are extensively screened, interviewed, and trained.  All of our expert tutors are highly skilled, professional, and have the ability to improve your child’s grades, test scores, motivation and skills.

We deliever full university professors or high school teachers as a private, one-on-one, tutor to your home. Our instructors are currently teaching at University of California, Irvine, Irvine Valley College, Cal State Fullerton, etc.

First step in becoming an expert tutor is to show consistently exceptional academic performance.  This is evaluated by careful review of the tutor’s academic history; past transcripts (multiple years), standardized test scores, professional accomplishments, and references. An expert tutor must demonstrate exceptional communication and teaching skills. Only a small percentage of prospective tutors demonstrate the pre-requisites and meet our high standards. 

Those who pass will undergo an extensive background check and interview process. Once complete, each tutor is put through a rigours training process to fine tune their teach skills. Additionally, each tutor is monitored to assure they are effectively helping their student’s needs, expectations, and academic goals. We periodically communicate with parents, and students to assure satisfaction and improvement.
